Started to write my second paper...

I started to write my second paper, titled as "Why tandem GA base pairs have either imino or sheared conformations?" (This title will probably morph to something else by time). It is going to be pretty good; I will include the new mixing rule of Thermodynamic Integration Approach, which is implemented to AMBER MD package ver.9 by me and Dr. Harry Stern. This new mixing rule is applied to some novel systems and the results are compared to the experimental results. Force field improvements on tandem GA base pairs are done and shown on these novel systems.
